Blue Seal E27 Convection Oven
Versatile countertop convection oven designed to provide a fast, even bake. Blue Seals specially designed baffle system evenly distributes hot air around the oven, preventing the need to turn trays.
Provides exceptional results with a wide range of part-baked and pre-proved frozen doughs including French sticks, baguettes and dinner rolls.
The oven is also ideal for baking croissants, Danish pastries, flat breads, frozen pizzas and other cake and confectionery products.
