• Pyrocentric 28,000BTU lift-off burner heads. Anti-clogging burner with a 7,000BTU low simmer as standard. No gaskets or screws!
• 12"x12" heavy-duty cast iron top grates. Cast-in bowl directs heat upward and sheilds pilots from clogging
• Highly polished 3/4" griddle plate with 3" wide stainless steel grease trough. Two 20,000BTU burners provide heat to the 24" wide griddle surface.
• Removable chrome plated broiler rack
• Chef depth 26" oven. 12 gauge construction with welded front frame. Fully insulated with non-sag fibreglass. Porcelainised oven interior includes: sides, rear, deck and door linings. Oven burner provides 35,000BTU. One chrome rack supplied for each oven.
