Jacket Potato Oven - Classic Noir

This popular oven comes in a black satin finish with brass feet and door handle making this an ideal front-of-house option for storing and serving jacket potatoes. This compact machine can cook 32 potatoes in 45 minutes at 250oC then maintain the temperature of the potatoes at 70oC for 2 hours. This 4-shelf unit is also suitable for bread and pastries.
