Delivery

UK mainland orders over £50 are delivered Free of Charge (FOC).

For overseas and non UK mainland orders, please contact us for up to date delivery charges

We will do our upmost to ensure all deliveries despatched within 3 working days. Normally items ordered before 12noon, weighing under 30kg will be despatched for next day delivery, you can be texted / e mailed telling you goods on their way to you. If you want this service please say so in the comments box.

If urgent and you want to ensure next day delivery please call us.

Back Orders

If a delay of more than 7 days is anticipated we will notify you prior to processing your order.

Returns

It is your responsibility to check that the goods you have ordered have not been damaged by the delivery company.

Please ensure that your goods are unpacked and checked before you sign the delivery note that you have received them undamaged by the delivery company. If goods are damaged by the delivery company they will be replaced and damaged item taken away.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 3 working days of receipt to arrange a replacement or repair.

If your goods are not required or ordered incorrectly, please return them in the original packaging and we will refund you, less a restocking charge of 25%. No postal charges will be refunded .

This does not affect your statutory rights.
