Fully insulated, this hot cupboard will keep your food hot while also being efficient.

Wet or dry heat operation of the bain marie top allows you to keep food hot, or warm without essentially drying out the meal.

Food Safety is important, thats why the GBM3 comes with an adjustable and accurate thermostatic control to meed food safety regulations.

Compact, space saving design with heavy duty 360' rotational wheels allow for greater flexability around a kitchen or venue.

Note : As standard this unit does not come with any gastronorm containers. Add gastronorms by selecting one of the following configurations from the drop down menu.

• GBM3 - Without Dishes.
• GBM3A - x3 1/1 GN dishes.
• GBM3B - x2 1/1 & x2 ½ GN dishes.
• GBM3C - x4 ½ GN dishes & 1x 1/1 GN dish.
• GBM3D - x6 ½ GN dishes.
