How much is delivery?
 
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (exclusive of VAT) to Mainland UK. Orders under £50 (exclusive of VAT) are subject to a flat fee of £6.50 delivery to UK Mainland. For further information on delivery costs visit our delivery information page.
 
How much VAT is charged on catering equipment purchaces?
 
VAT is currently chargeable at a rate of 20%. For overseas orders it may be possable to supply goods exclusive of VAT if you can provide us with an appropriate VAT registration number/certificate. Please contact us if you have any enquiries on VAT charges.
 
Can you supply goods overseas?

Can you provide product samples?
 
We may be able to provide samples for certain ranges such as Crockery and Cutlery. Please call or email us to discuss your needs. We are often able to deduct any sample charges from future orders.
 
Can you supply catering equipment to the general public?
 
Although originally set up for trade customers we also now supply to domestic customers. We continue to supply at trade prices which now everyone can benefit from. Please note that prices shown on our site are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at the current UK rate when purchasing.

How many shelves are in the equipment advertised?

Each manufacturer supplies at least one shelf in equipment as industry standard ie in ovens/ cookers,  if more are required they can be purchased at extra cost. If in doubt please ask.
